A few useful details.
Can I start with photographs?
Yes. Photographs can help establish the appearance and context. Drawings and measured dimensions help establish the space. We agree what can be modelled and where assumptions remain.
Does everyone need a headset?
No. The online experiences open in a browser. A supported headset adds a life-size viewpoint when it helps the review. The East Grinstead Quest 3 / 3S experience is a working prototype.
Can I change the model myself?
You can try the layouts and finishes prepared for the project. Saving your own edits, adding new objects and managing versions through a customer workspace are proposed next steps. VIZU currently handles underlying model changes and publication.
What do the package prices include?
Your model is created once, then used for every output you select. Basic covers one space or modest site up to 500 m² and one layout. Premium covers up to 2,000 m², three connected areas and two layouts. Each has a defined revision allowance shown in the package. Larger sites, additional layouts and site-aligned mixed reality use Custom.
Can I combine outputs?
Yes. Choose stills, film, a browser walkthrough, VR, or a combination. The total includes model creation once. VR includes the corresponding browser walkthrough, so selecting both does not add a second browser charge. Basic and Premium browser and VR projects include three months of hosting, with optional ongoing hosting at £19 per project/month. Custom hosting is agreed with the scope.
